In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

4.1 Registration Requirements

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one cl99 account. Operating, accessing, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own identity or using alternative identities — constitutes multi-accounting. cl99 actively monitors for multi-accounting using device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method cross-referencing. Multi-accounting will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonus funds therein.

4.3 Account Verification

cl99 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to national ID, passport, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within the stated timeframe may result in account restrictions or suspension. Verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed.

4.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You must notify cl99 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. cl99 shall not be liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cl99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your cl99 balance instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to clear. cl99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to mobile wallet accounts (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes for amounts up to ৳50,000. Larger withdrawal amounts and bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. cl99 reserves the right to request verification documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used to deposit, in compliance with anti-money laundering requirements.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on cl99 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Transactions initiated in a different currency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of processing. cl99 is not liable for any exchange rate losses incurred as a result of currency conversion.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

cl99 complies with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and reserves the right to investigate and report any transaction that appears suspicious. Players must not use the cl99 platform for money laundering or any related financial crime. cl99 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold withdrawals pending investigation where AML concerns arise.

cl99 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. New player bonuses are available once per household, device, and payment method.

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets are final once confirmed by the cl99 system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all bet selections, stake amounts, and bet types before confirming a wager. cl99 is not responsible for bets placed in error.

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant betting interface before bet placement. cl99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual players or markets without prior notice.

7.3 Void Bets

cl99 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the outcome of the event was known at the time the bet was placed, where the bet was placed using fraudulent means, or where the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's balance.

7.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international cricket fixtures. Live odds are subject to rapid change. Once a live bet is accepted and confirmed by the system, it is binding regardless of subsequent odds movements. cl99 reserves the right to suspend live betting markets at any time.

7.5 Cricket Specific Rules

For cricket betting markets, a match must reach the minimum number of overs required under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) calculations for a valid result to stand. Specific cricket match rules, including rules for rain interruptions, super overs, and abandoned matches, are published on the cl99 sports betting rules page.

All casino games available on cl99 — including slots, live casino tables, instant games, and crash games — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, Spribe, and Hacksaw Gaming. The following rules apply to all casino game activity:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software, independently audited by accredited testing laboratories. Results cannot be influenced by cl99 or the player.

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting cl99 support. Closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to a verified payment method previously on record, subject to standard verification requirements.

All content on the cl99 platform — including but not limited to the cl99 brand name, logo, website design, interface elements, graphics, text, software code, game assets licensed from third-party providers, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of cl99 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the cl99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any cl99 content without prior written consent from cl99.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service outages, or force majeure events may temporarily affect platform availability. cl99 shall not be liable for losses resulting from platform downtime beyond the direct return of any stakes placed during a period of confirmed technical failure.

The total aggregate liability of cl99 to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the relevant event giving rise to the claim.

Any legal proceedings arising from a dispute that cannot be resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the territory in which cl99 holds its primary operating licence.
